About Terri
My name is Terri Church and I have been in Real Estate for 7 years. I am a Real Estate Specialist in Iredell and Northern Mecklenburg counties. I have lived in this area for 17 years, so I have been a part of all the changes that have taken place over the years.
I have an excellent working knowledge of home values, recent sales comps, and the buyer profile. I offer full service. I have taken additional classes to obtain the designation of ABR, Accredited Buyer Representative, which only 4% of Realtors in the USA have this accreditation.
I am on a national list of ABR's for referral services to my clients and from ABR's across the country that have clients looking in this area. I was awarded in December, 2007 the 5 Star: Best in Client Satisfaction award from Charlotte Magazine. This list represents less than 5% of Licensed Real Estate Agents in the Charlotte Metro area.
